Treatment for Insomnia
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that helps individuals to identify and modify unhealthy thoughts and behaviors that may be contributing to insomnia. CBT-I encourages individuals to develop healthy sleep habits, such as establishing a consistent sleep-wake schedule and reducing stress through relaxation techniques. With CBT-I, individuals can gain the skills necessary to improve their sleep and overall well-being.

We offer a "Sleep and Serenity" treatment program. This CBT-I therapy runs a minimum of 8-10 weeks on an outpatient basis. The plan integrates treatment for anxiety, modification of unhealthy sleep hygiene practices, and psychoeducation to help you develop healthier habits for living.
